I met Mal in 1983 and he changed my life for the better. He got me interested in costume and taught me how to sew which has give me an exciting and fulfilling career for over 30 years. I have so many wonderful memories from that time and more recently in 2019 when he and Darren celebrated my civil partnership with Philip. Mal was such a major inspiration to me and I can’t thank him enough for all the fun times and the great memories. David
